Warranty covers Kodiak Mountain
Stone products only, and does not include labor or replacement
costs. Stone is not warranted against damage or staining
caused by chemicals, airborne or waterborne contaminants,
oxidation, or settlement/movement of the substrate surface
over which it is applied. Warranty does not cover defects
caused by acts of "God", or use as a structural member.
Warranty is limited to original purchaser only, and
is applicable only when the stone is installed according
to the manufacturer's instructions on local code-conforming
structures.
